Steve Skrlac, MBA, CFA is a proven professional in managing business transactions at all levels - from the small privately held business to the larger mid-market companies.

Steve has a Bachelor's degree in Economics, a Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) and has obtained the prestigious Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation from the Association of Investment Management & Research (AIMR). 

Steve’s career spans both the small business and corporate worlds. He is experienced in the operational aspects of business and transactional aspects of buying and selling.  Steve is a former small business owner and corporate executive who brings the 'best of both worlds' experience to his clients.  Steve has also worked in business banking in Toronto and brings that valuable perspective to his clients.  Steve's experience makes him uniquely qualified to guide a business sale from initial consultation to completion.

Steve has more than 10 years of corporate experience.  Steve’s experience includes working with a variety of different industries including Business Services, Franchise Operations, High-Tech, Professional Services, Banking, Food Services and Wholesaling.
